At Milestone, one of Texas's biggest Home Services companies, he helped grow their HVAC division from $5 million to $35 million in just five years, managing a fleet of 400 trucks across trades. When he couldn't find a truly customer-focused handyman service in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, he built one himself-Hank's Handyman-and turned it into one of the most respected brands in the market. Today, through Trade Works Consulting, Ben helps one-to-five truck Home Services entrepreneurs build systems, structure, and scalable businesses that don't rely on chaos.
