My name is Chris Counts. I'm the owner of Skyline Contracting. Skyline Contracting is a family-owned business here in Tampa Bay, Florida, where we specialize in remodeling and renovating people's kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, and flooring. My service area is the greater Tampa Bay area. At Skyline, I think that our level of quality and our communication with the customers is by far our greatest asset. Customers continue to tell us on a regular basis how grateful they are that we have helped them on every level of the job from start to finish. And at the end, they can rest assured that the product that we have provided them will last forever. Skyline provides services for remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, flooring, along with a couple other things. So Skyline's perfect customer is someone who is looking for a contractor that they can trust, someone that they can rely on to get the job done, and at the end of the project, fall in love with their home again. Customers are saying about Skyline that we go above and beyond on everything that we do, that we're clean, that we're efficient, that it's the highest quality that they can get for the best amount that they can spend for their project. And we're really appreciative for all those wonderful things. What a customer can expect from Skyline is the highest level of care for their home. Why does Skyline get chosen over other contractors? I would say that typically when they meet me and they see the process that I go through, just even providing them with a quote, it's a very involved process. I ask a lot of questions. I don't assume anything. I get them involved in the project with a lot of people enjoying. Now some don't, but people that care about their home, they're involved. And they like that. I don't ever think any question is too dumb to ask. I prefer that they ask it. And so each phase of that project, we're communicating directly to them. We're not making assumptions. And when it comes to someone's home, the most significant financial decision they've made in their life, we treat it with the utmost respect. And I think even when they see the way that, again, we provide the estimates, they just know that we're the company to go with.
