Who can access this
- Super Admin: can view plans and make changes.
- Admin: can view and compare plans.
- Lead Technician and Technician roles cannot access billing.

Comparing plans side by side
On the Billing & Usage page, click Change Plan or Upgrade Plan to open the plan selection screen. Switch to the Compare Plans tab to see a full feature-by-feature comparison table showing which features are included in each tier and at what credit rate.
Free trials
Growth and Scale Pro include a 28-day free trial. During the trial you get full access to that plan's features and credits. A banner at the top of your billing page shows how many days remain. When the trial ends, billing begins automatically unless you switch to a different plan beforehand.
Tips
- Use the Compare Plans tab to see the exact credit cost per feature before upgrading.
- If you are unsure which plan is right for you, start a free trial — you can always change plans later.
- All plans include unlimited users, core features, QuickBooks sync, and digital payments.
